Exhibition Report - May 2005

Artweeks Exhibition - 14 to 22 May St. Helen's Church.

Our exhibition was one of over 300 Artweeks sites and we presented 110 paintings by 40 of our members. The deputy mayor. Cllr. Peter Green opened the exhibition along with Vernon Butt our honorary president.

The public vote for best in show was Allen Shufflebotham's "Low tide at Maldon" (pictured.) Works by Peter Bellingham and Jeanne Keller were closely placed with Allen's painting.
