Exhibition Report - March 2004

Craft Fair Exhibition - 23 to 31 October 2004 - St Helen's Church.

The exhibition was opened by our President, Vernon Butt, with some words from the officers of St. Helen's Church. This was the first time we had used this church's magnificent new display space, and we were very grateful to the members of St. Helen's for their support. We bought a number of spot lights and these greatly enhanced the quality of the display. There were about 100 paintings, by 40 artists.

There were over 800 visitors. John Gammon's "Greek fisherman" was a runaway favourite in the public vote.
